The summer term begins on Monday 29th April.

We wish everyone a very Happy Easter!

We had great fun on our Easter Egg hunt today in the Glebe Walk. Thank you Miss Leonard for buying the eggs and to Ms. Burns and Eddie for hiding them!

We were getting our hands dirty planting onions, cabbage and potatoes in our vegetable garden. After Easter we will sow some more vegetable seeds.

Our latest board meeting took place on Monday 1st April.  You can read a report of the meeting here.

We are using our ipads to learn about Tens and Units.

Our girls take on Ballybryan NS in Rhode on Friday 5th April at 1pm.

All classes have been very busy over the last couple of weeks writing books for the Write-a-Book project organised by Laois Education Centre.  Well done to everyone for all the wonderfully creative work.

Congratulations to our 6th Class pupils who along with our friends from Ballinagar NS celebrated their Confirmation today.  Thanks to Msgr. Coonan for all his support throughout the year and for today’s lovely ceremony.

Best wishes to our friend and colleague Noreen Rabbette from Ballinagar NS who is taking part in the final of Glór Tíre tonight (Tuesday 26th March) at 9.30pm.  Everyone from Geashill NS will be cheering you on.
