Be Safe Be Seen!

Some pupils from 6th Class attended the launch of the Be Safe Be Seen winter road safety campaign. They met representatives from the emergency services and the seatbelt sheriff himself! The important safety message this winter is to wear high viz when out and about cycling or walking and remember, Be Safe, Be Seen!

Football Semi-Final!

Our girls’ football team qualified for the semi-final of their Cumann na mBunscoil competition after two great wins in the group stages. They played a very strong  Daingean team on Wednesday and unfortunately didn’t make it to the final. Congratulations to Daingean and we wish them all the best in the final. Well done to our girls for their wonderful playing this year.

Up Raheen!

The school was a sea of black and orange on Friday as we put on the Raheen GAA colours to show our support for the team ahead of their Intermediate County Final against Ballycommon on Sunday. We wish the panel, management and the many past pupils involved the very best of luck.  We know you can do it!

Welcome Back!

Welcome back to all our pupils and staff after the summer break. A special welcome to all the new girls and boys who have joined our school in Junior Infants and in other classes.  We hope they have a very happy time with us. We’ve already had a great first week with lots of learning and fun in all classes throughout the school.
